Refund Policy:

Our legal documents are 100% guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please let us know within 24 hours of your date of purchase, and we will promptly refund your money, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Your refund request must be submitted before we deliver your prepared documents to you. After we deliver your documents to you, there is no refund.

Minor revisions caused by our error are made without charge and are available for 30 days after your documents have been emailed to you. However, if major changes are required as a result of change of mind or circumstances on your part, an additional charge may be assessed on a case by case basis with your prior approval.

The legal documents offered from our sites are intended to be prepared and filed in the near future, within thirty (30) days. Changes in laws and document guidelines can make older documents obsolete or unacceptable by the courts. These types of changes can be adopted by courts at any time. As such, your prepared documents must be filed within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If for any reason your prepared forms are rejected and you did not file your documents within this time frame, there will be no refunds. We will re-prepare your documents for you on the newly adopted forms for an additional fee which shall be determined at the time based on what your case entails.

If your documents are rejected by the court due to an error on our part we will gladly provide you with a refund. However, if we can not revise your documents so that the court will accept them, and the error was not made by our preparation but by the lack of information provided by you in order to prepare your documents accurately, then no refund will be given.

We cannot control the outcome of your case. If your matter or divorce becomes contested for any reason, and the pleadings we prepare for you were for an uncontested matter or divorce, they will not work. We will not grant you a refund under these circumstances.

Our goal is to prepare your documents correct the first time to save you time and the hassle of any court rejection. That is why it is imperative we know all the information for your case including has anything been filed by either party, if so, copies of what has been filed, knowledge of any previous rejections by the court, knowledge of where your case currently is in its process and what needs to be done to complete your case.
